RankByReviews is built and run in Sydney by Angus Lewington, who has spent 18 years running IT systems for Australian businesses. It exists because the established review platforms charge hundreds of dollars a month, hide their pricing behind sales calls, and lock small businesses into annual contracts for what is a text message with a link in it.
So we sell the honest version: software that texts your customers a one-tap Google review link, NFC plates and stickers for your counter, published prices, and a plan you can walk away from any month. We use RankByReviews on our own businesses: same funnel, same plates, same rules.
